Chef de Partie

NO SPLIT SHIFTS. 3 NIGHTS OFF A WEEK. OCCASIONAL EXTRA WEEKENDS OFF. CLOSED CHRISTMAS DAY.
At the moment we are very lucky to have 4 full time excellent chef's; Head Chef, Senior Sous Chef, Commis Chef, an Apprentice chef supported by a full time K.P. Ideally we would like to find a 5th Chef, a Chef de Partie. This would give us plenty of cover during Chefs holidays & make the job much more enjoyable, enabling Chefs to take occasional weekends off & ensure we are working in an environment with as little stress as possible. We are a family run independent pub with an excellent reputation for good food.
A calm, friendly personality is equally as important to us as your chef skills, we need to maintain our good working environment
Our food is all made from scratch, using as much local produce as we can. Our menu changes with the seasons. The chef that takes this positions needs to have high standards and take a pride in their work, to enable them to fit in with the team.
