Set in 300 acres of Worcestershire countryside, The Vale Golf & Country Club are seeking a Chef de Partie to join our friendly team.
Up to £26,000 (Full time based on 40 hours)

Key Responsibilities
Prepare ingredients to a high standard.
Follow guidance from the executive and/or sous chef.
Prepare dishes with attention to quality and speed.
Uphold food hygiene and other regulatory regulations and safety protocols with diligence.
Assist in maintaining a positive work environment, with an ethos on teamwork.
Be able to resolve challenges promptly and efficiently.
Have the ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
Willingness to learn and develop into the next stage of your career.
Requirements
Previous experience in a Chef de Partie role.
Proven experience in a culinary role, demonstrating proficiency in various cooking techniques.
Ability to work both independently and within a dynamic team environment.
Reliability, integrity, and a keen eye for detail are essential qualities.
Have a passion for food and be dedicated to delivering exceptional service.
Own transport required due to rural location.
