We are currently recruiting for an experienced and skilled Chef de Partie to work at Michelin star level with the team in this prestigious hotel. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented chef to join a highly skilled kitchen team, lead by a very impressive Executive Chef.

The Person:

The ideal Chef De Partie will have the following:

•At least 2 years experience as a chef de partie in a professional kitchen
• Rosette or Michelin star experience required.
• A Fresh food background a must
• Be looking for a career in top end dining
• Be passionate about great food and service
• Flexible to work hours as required
