£29,000+ £1,500 per annum guaranteed service charge payment paid quarterly + 40 hrs per week with paid overtime

Role :

A great opportunity exists to work with our new Head Chef, and his dedicated team of 14 Chefs and Kitchen Porters who prepare top quality fresh food across our range of restaurants and menus.
Working with a team of 14 chefs and 4 Kitchen Porters
Flexible shifts covering breakfast, lunch, dinner service including weekend working (5 days per week). A mixture of straight shifts.
Requirements :

Quality, fresh food preparation experience in a quality Hotel or Restaurant operation
Used to working within a small team - sense of team spirit and passion for quality and excellence.
