We are working with one of Manchesters most iconic venue on the search for a creative and dedicated Chef de Partie who is passionate about great produce to join their established team.
What youll get up to?
As Chef de Partie you will:
Set up the kitchen and take care of the daily food preparation.
. Oversee a section of the kitchen.
Assist the senior chefs to come up with incredible, seasonal dishes.
Keep your work area clean and sanitary, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
