Our client in Burnley is looking for Chef de Parties. Salary ranges from �30,000 to �35,000 based on experience.
Collaborate with their dynamic culinary team to deliver exceptional dishes.
Responsibilities
��Supervise and mentor commis chefs and kitchen assistants, providing guidance and support to foster their culinary skills and knowledge.
��Collaborate closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chefs to develop seasonal menus and daily specials.
��Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock management, including ordering ingredients and maintaining proper storage practices to minimise waste and ensure freshness.
Requirements
�Proven experience working in a similar role within a fine dining establishment, with a thorough understanding of classical and contemporary culinary techniques.
��Exceptional culinary skills and a passion for creating visually stunning and flavourful dishes that exceed guest expectations.
��Strong organisational abilities and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
���Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels.
