Chef de Partie

A temporary Chef de Partie is needed for a gastro pub located just outside of Aylsham. The responsibilities of this role include ensuring the efficient operation of your work area by maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness for safe food preparation, following Health & Safety and Food Safety policies, preparing ingredients, cooking and plating dishes, and assisting the Head Chef.
The ideal candidate should:
