C&N Recruitment are pleased to be recruiting for a chef de partie for our client based near Tring. This newly refurbished pub/ restaurant is looking for a chef de partie that can assist with breakfast, lunch, and dinner service. The restaurant uses local fresh produce with a real focus on sustainability. You will be working with Head and Sous chef, where you will be able to learn new techniques but also have the opportunity to input your ideas forward.
The successful CDP will be able to:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work under pressure.
Ability to quickly learn new recipes.
Learn new cooking methods.
Ability to problem solve.
Able to work with fresh ingredients.
Good knife skills
Cook and prepare various cuisines and willing to learn new recipes.
