Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with a private members club in central Lymington and are looking for an Chef de Partie to join their team.

What's involved?

• Oversee all aspects of the different sections, including menu execution, plating presentation, and quality control.
• Demonstrate a deep understanding cooking techniques and ensure consistent, high-quality results.
• Effectively train, guide, and motivate junior chefs within your section.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
• Manage inventory levels within your section, placing timely orders.
• Contribute to menu development by suggesting creative plating presentations or flavour combinations for existing dishes.
• Collaborate effectively with other chefs and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
