Chef de partie required for a kitchen looking to win Rosette's on the Fylde coast in the Blackpool area. This kitchen is a bit of a black page, you will be able to create menus that will be aiming at the rosette market. If you are a fresh food chef who enjoys using seasonal fresh food and changing the menus on a regular basis, this role is for you. chef de partie �25,500 (40hrs) + tips + benefits (The salary is based on 40 hours, for a comparison if your currently doing 48hrs, that be the equivalent to �30500 if your current contract was 48hrs). The service/tips is around 2-3k a year, making the package for a 40 hrs role at �28500



The role

We are looking for a chef de partie to run a section in the kitchen, you will ensure the section is ready for service, get your fridge ready for service, prep the food items and cook in service to a rosette level. This role will include all the normal chef de partie duties.



Experience

We are looking for a chef de partie from a fresh food background, able to win rosette and has a track history with this. You will have great food hygiene skills, able to ensure the paperwork is all upto date and able to write menus
