Chef de Partie

Role: Chef de Partie
Location: Sherborne

Rate of pay: £16.00 per hour + holiday pay = £17.93

Platinum Recruitment are supporting a school in the Sherborne area who are looking for an Chef de Partie to assist them on a temporary basis.

Shifts: Sunday - Thursday with Thursday, Friday & Saturday off.

Hours: A mixture of either 6.30am- 14.30pm or 14.30pm - 19.30pm

An Enhanced DBS check is required for this role

Duties to include:

• Setting up the kitchen prior to restaurant's opening.
• Preparing for a particular section of the kitchen.
• Cooking a specific portion of each plated meal.
• Assisting with marinating, cutting and precooking foods.
• Cleaning and sanitising kitchen.
• Plating food creatively.
