Role: Chef de Partie
Salary / Rate of pay: £24,000 to £28,000 per annum (dependant on experience)
Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with a small collection of family run hotels in Suffolk and we have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Chef de Partie to join their team at one of the properties, situated by the beach.

Part of a small group of individual family run hotels, country club and spa, this hotel offers diners a range of dishes using the freshest local fish, seafood and free range meats delivered daily. During the summer months, the terrace opens up to diners too so you can expect to be very busy, especially when the sun is out!
As an experienced Chef de Partie, you will be working in a kitchen team of 8, responsible for preparing, cooking and presenting dishes in your speciality for an average of around 50-60 covers.
You will assist with the managing and training of more junior chefs working with you, whilst also helping more senior chef to develop menus and new dishes.
You should be flexible to work a variety of shifts including weekends, and will have a real passion for delivering high quality, fresh food.
