I am recruiting on behalf of my client who are known for manufacturing luxury-handcrafted motorcycles. They are looking for Chassis Build Technician to join their expanding team on a Contract basis. The role will be based in Solihull.

Job Description

As Chassis Build Technician your main responsibilities are:

To be fully conversant with the requirements of the job and able to take clear written or verbal instruction and perpetrate it in accordance with Project Demands.
To be able to organise a group effort and lead others as required
To be responsible for the specific allocated area of a manufacture / strip / build / test Project or Programme
To carry out tasks as effectively as possible in conjunction with other Staff / Areas.
To be able to write a Report or present Results to satisfy Project requirements.
To be able to conduct oneself in a reasonable and responsible manner towards other staff and the customer.
Shift work to support business needs and/or working off site.
To be aware and observant of Health & Safety policy of the company.

Qualifications / Skills needed

Experience as a motorcycle chassis build technician
Prototype build/strip
Motorcycle build and test
Test cell operation
