Chartered Surveyor

Our Client, a successful & independently owned partnership of Chartered Surveyors focusing on industrial/ warehouse and office business space across London and the southeast are expanding due to an increase workload within their Property & Asset Management division.�

They are recruiting for a Chartered Surveyor ideally with 3+ years experience in commercial property management.�

Beneficial (but not essential) experience would be within:�

• Valuation


• Landlord & tenant


• Estate Agency

The primary focus for this role will be to�manage a south-east focused, multi-sector, commercial property portfolio on behalf of a retained�client.�

You'll report directly to the board and be supported by the Account Management and Administration teams.��
