A prestigious chartered surveying and property consultancy with a strong presence across the UK is seeking a Chartered Building Surveyor to enhance their Glasgow office.

This role presents a significant opportunity within one of the consultancy's principal locations, which operates 21 offices nationwide.

The Chartered Building Surveyor role

Joining the Glasgow team, the Chartered Building Surveyor will be an essential part of a multidisciplinary office that includes approximately 100 professionals, with a dedicated building surveying team of 12.

This position offers a vibrant work environment with opportunities to work across diverse sectors including social housing, office, retail, industrial, private healthcare, and student accommodation.

The Chartered Building Surveyor will play a crucial role in managing relationships with our esteemed blue-chip clients and delivering high-quality professional services. Responsibilities will include conducting building surveys, performing defect analysis, managing dilapidations, and preparing schedules of condition.

The Chartered Building Surveyor

• A BSc or MSc in Building Surveying
• MRICS qualified
• Varied sector experience
