Chartered Building Surveyor

An independent, commercial minded consultancy hold the desire to continue to grow their Building Surveying Team by hiring a competent Chartered Building Surveyor based out of London.The successful Chartered Building Surveyor will become a key member of the team, providing technical advice and support on various Building Surveying services. We require a Chartered Building Surveyor to hold:•
A Degree in Building Surveying•
Qualified with MRICS or MCIOB •
Commercial practise experience •
A confident and client-facing individual•
Both project and professional services experienceSalary + Benefits •£60,000 base salary •
Car Allowance•
Hybrid working - 3 days working on site/office, 2 days from home. •
27 days annual leave plus bank holidays•
