Chartered Building Surveyor

Our client, an established and growing firm of property consultants based in Glasgow, are currently seeking a Chartered Building Surveyor to join their technical team due to continued growth. The chartered building surveyor will provide a diverse range of duties within the team and will be a strong asset to the team. Our client has 1800 assets across multiple sectors, within their portfolio and they have got a structured 5-year growth plan which will contribute to the growth of the team and portfolio.

It is envisaged that the ideal candidate is MRICS qualified and must have previous experience within a similar role. The successful candidate must also have ambition to join a growing team and also support some of the junior team. This opportunity offers a very competitive package and genuine career progression.

Chartered Building Surveyor Position Requirements

• Must be Chartered MRICS
• Experience within a similar role is essential
• Good IT and Grammar
• Full UK drivers' licence
• Further requirements to be discussed
