Chartered Building Surveyor

We are currently recruiting for a Chartered Building Surveyor to join a Chartered surveyors based in Glasgow to join their growing team. Our client operates UK wide and this role will be focused on external walls and cladding projects across the UK. Our client is one of the leading firms dealing with a range of large clients.

This role is suitable for an experienced Chartered Surveyor looking for a change and working in a fast past environment. Our client will accept Associate or Director Level, with flexible benefits.

Chartered Building Surveyor Position Overview

• Chartered Building Surveyor to join a successful chartered surveyors based in Glasgow
• Role will focus on external wall condition surveys, project management and general building surveying duties
• Working UK wide, with flexibility of working remote
• Will accept associate or director level applications
• Seeking this position due to continued growth and wanting to grow the team

Chartered Building Surveyor Position Requirements

• Degree in Building surveying (RICS Accredited)
• Chartered under the Royal institute of chartered building surveyors
• Knowledge of external walls and cladding
• Experience in project management, condition surveys and general building surveying duties
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong specification writing and IT skills

Chartered Building Surveyor Position Remuneration

• Competitive salary (�50,000 - �70,000 DOE)
