Chartered Building Surveyor

Our client, a multi-disciplinary consultancy, based in the Bromley area are seeking a Chartered Building Surveyor to join them due to continued growth. The Building Surveyor will be working on housing refurbishments and residential projects worth up to 5 million pounds, completing a range of surveying duties. The Building Surveyor must be MRICS qualified and ready to hit the ground running.

Chartered Building Surveyor Position Overview

• Working for a multi-disciplinary consultancy based in the Bromley area
• Completing a range of building surveying duties, such as; dilapidations, party walls and due diligence etc.
• Projects will be residentially focused and range to around �5 million in value
• Based from the Bromley office, working on sites across the region

Chartered Building Surveyor Position Requirements

• Must be MRICS qualified
• Prior experience of residential projects
• Based within commuting distance of the Bromley area
• Must be looking for a long-term role
