Role Requirements:

• MRICS qualification with 2 years PQE.


• Diverse experience in Chartered Building Surveyor disciplines, particularly in party wall, dilapidations, and contract administration.


• Team player with strong client relationship-building skills.


• Highly motivated with excellent workload management abilities.
