Our client is a leading multi-disciplinary property consultancy throughout the North-West of England, who seek a Chartered Architect due to an increase in their workload and secured pipeline of work.��

As the Department Lead, you will manage a team of Technicians bringing with you excellent technical experience, proficiency in architectural design and strong communication skill.

Our client has been providing �Architectural Services for new build and refurbishment projects across a number of sectors including education, commercial, retail, leisure, residential and health care, for over 17 years.

You will report to Board Level and play a pivotal role in developing the department and helping to push the business forward.
