DEBRA is recruiting for a friendly, approachable, and customer-orientated CharityRetail Shop Manager to join our friendly, supportive team including volunteers based at our store in Carlisle.
Our new CharityRetail Shop Manager will join us on a Full Time, Permanentbasis working a contract of35hoursper week, earning a salary of £24,242.40 per annum / £13.32 an hour.
About DEBRA
We are a national charity that supports individuals and families affected by Epidermolysis Bullosa (EB) – a painful genetic skin blistering condition which, in the worst cases, can be fatal.
What we are looking for in our CharityRetail Shop Manager:
You will be motivated and enthusiastic, with good customer service, retail administration and management skills as well as the ability to work well under pressure to meet targets and to help and support the efficient running of our store inCarlisle.
Your Key Responsibilities in the role of CharityRetail Shop Manager:
Effectively recruit, maintain, and manage both paid employees and volunteers
Ensure a standard of excellence is maintained, in terms of customer service
Maximising profits to increase overall contribution of the store
Use visual merchandising talents to ensure the store is presented well and promoting commercial success
Generate quality donated goods to achieve processing targets to maintain shop density levels
