We have had direct instructions from our client to recruit a charity associate with 3+PQE to join their highly regarded London based charities team.This role involves advising the firm’s clients on a range of specialist charity and company law matters. These clients involve charities, as well as a broad scope of organisations with different legal structures which aim to deliver social good. The successful candidate will be advising on the corporate regulation of social enterprises, such as community interest companies.The ideal candidate will be England and Wales qualified with 3-7 years’ PQE gained at a recognised charities practice. They will also have excellent academics and a stable career background.The firm offers an excellent remuneration package, training and development, and career progression opportunities.
