We receive donations to our stores from all walks of life, and so this job is a treasure hunters dream!Working at St Clare Hospice is a highly rewarding experience. You’ll work as part of a multi-disciplinary, hospice-wide team, at a highly-valued local charity that supports people who need specialist palliative care in West Essex and East Hertfordshire. The work you do raises the funds needed to deliver the specialist care St Clare Hospice, ensuring that those with the most complex conditions are cared for in a supportive environment. This means family members can become husbands, wives, sons and daughters again, rather than carers.We strive to develop staff engagement and satisfaction, maintain employee retention, and ensure St Clare Hospice is a preferred employer of choice. This role sits within our Retail Team – you will work closely with your store team counterparts.
