Chargehand (Permanent)

Due to continued growth and success, our Aberdeen based is recruiting for an experienced Chargehand to join their team on a permanent basis working on a 7 on 7 off basis.
Reporting to the Quayside Operations Manager and with responsibility for Multi Skilled Operatives, the role will undertake the following duties:
the safe and correct use of PPE, forklifts and lifting equipment.
the performance and development of OPITO Stage 1 personnel.
the team to achieve the highest standards of safety, operational performance and service delivery.
leadership/people management and interpersonal skills, both verbal and in writing.
based with strong analytical, planning and organising skills, and an excellent attention to detail.
to work stand-alone while a positive contributor to the wider team.
and computer literate with well-developed IT skills across the Microsoft suite.
