CHANNEL MANAGERChannel Managers oversee a group of social media channels, controlling editorial video output and managing video content scheduling whilst also managing a team of Content Editors.CHANNEL MANAGERWith Hybrid and flexible working offeredBased in the heart of Shoreditch, we are an award winning digital content agency and media network who are currently on the lookout for a Channel Managerto join our Entertainment Team.Channel Managers oversee a group of social channels (predominantly YouTube, Facebook, Snapchat & TikTok), controlling editorial video output and managing video content scheduling whilst also managing the day-to-day workflow of a team of video Content Editors. We are committed to building a diverse and inclusive workforce that encourages and values all voices - Everyone is welcome HOW YOU'LL SPEND YOUR TIMEOwning the social media strategy and scheduling, ensuring that each channel maintains the highest editorial standards across posts and metadata with a strong and consistent voice, mindful of the young audienceManaging a team of content editorsContextualising analytics and insights to inform best practice and report to clientsManaging the day-to-day client relationship, delivering to expectationsSupporting the Senior Partnerships Manager to achieve strategic goalsWHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEEDSkills matter, experience is useful, attitude is everything.Previous experience and strong knowledge of the differing approaches of the use of online video across social media platforms, including scheduling and insightsPrevious experience of producing client reports with clear narratives to accompany analytics dataPrevious experience of managing team members, whether direct reports or day-to-day task deliveryPrevious experience of communicating directly with clientsWhilst not an editing role, knowledge of the Adobe suite is especially useful in understanding and assisting the teamTHE PERKS OF THE JOBEmployee wellbeing is at the heart of everything we do.
