With an array of blue-chip clients and a commitment to expansion they are actively looking to hire an array of Change and Transformation managers to aid in the delivery of some large Transformation programmes of work. They are looking for candidates that have come from all aspects of an Investment/Wealth Management house, across the Front, Middle and Back Office and to people who come from an investment ops background in custody, Transfer agency or similar. They have an array of positions available at different levels and are open to individuals who have experience across PMO, Change and Project Management backgrounds.Responsibilities of the Change & Transformation Manager (Investments)Client Delivery - drive client change projects delivering on project objectives.Lead project initiatives, guiding and mentoring junior team members in the delivery process.Engage in the growth of Investment Management practice, shaping asset servicing strategies and thought leadership.Cultivate strong client relationships based on communication, trust and exceeded expectations.Background of the Change & Transformation Manager (Investments)Extensive experience working within the investment industry.Extensive experience working within a Change, Transformation, Programme, Project, PMO or similar capacity essential.Strong stakeholder management skills are crucial for this role, with strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to meet with clients face to face.A knowledge of investment operations, asset servicing, custody, transfer agency etc very helpful.Experience driving large scale transformational change within asset servicer(s).A track record of designing, delivering and leading projects and programme with a proven ability to structure and develop and deliver transformation solutions.Proven ability to mobilise and motivate teams, establishing the specific day-today plans, projects and objectives needed.Understanding of operating model concepts, design and analysis.Leading client relationships with experience of identifying and nurturing solutionManaging key stakeholders to resolve issues, including competing demands, sensitive situations, and conflicts with other groups.
