Job DescriptionChange / Readiness Analyst ( Utilities )London / Hybrid (2 Days onsite)6-12 Months initial contractASAP StartCompetitive Rates (Inside IR35)Change / Readiness Analyst is required to join a leading Utilities client to deliver an Enterprise Industry Programme initiative.As the Change/Readiness Analyst, you will collaborate closely with Programme and Project Managers, engaging with Internal Teams and External Delivery Partners and suppliers to ensure the successful execution of the initiative.The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication, engagement, and stakeholder management skills, coupled with a collaborative approach to demonstrate the value of engagement.This role requires a self-starting individual capable of working flexibly in a multi-stakeholder environment, adept at prioritizing workloads to achieve programme outcomes in a demanding and fast-paced setting. Experience managing multiple stakeholders within industry programmes is advantageous.Key Responsibilities for the Change/Readiness Analyst includes:Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project objectives and requirements within the Utilities sector.Lead workshops and facilitate discussions to gather insights and perspectives from both business and technical teams.Analyse business processes within the Utilities domain and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.Develop and implement readiness plans, including creating specific checklists and preparing tasks for operational readiness in Utilities operations.Proactively anticipate and address potential issues or blockers to ensure smooth project execution and transition.Provide support during the Hypercare phase, including planning, communication, and execution of post go-live support activities.Utilize industry expertise to bring insights and best practices to the table, particularly in the Utilities sector, with exposure to industry-specific frameworks.Required skills and experience for the Delivery Project Manager includes:experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with a focus on change management and readiness within the Utilities sector.facilitation and workshop management skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders effectively.communication and interpersonal abilities, with experience in communicating complex concepts to non-technical audiences.to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.in post go-live support and Hypercare setup is highly desirable, preferably within the Utilities industry.with industry standards and frameworks is a plus.If you are a Change/Readiness Analyst seeking an engaging and challenging role, apply now to join our esteemed team.
