The role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Change Manager to join us and manage activities across the Airport to optimise outputs, climate waste and improve cycle times. This role will be responsible for leading as a PMO for airport wide projects to ensure all stakeholders are involved and managed through change effectively. This position will be accountable for developing change management strategies, engaging stakeholders, conducting impact assessments and overseeing communication, training, and resistance management to facilitate successful organisational change. You will be expected to work at a senior level to define and agree medium and long-term strategies aligned to the business objectives for continuous improvement opportunities in the landside operations directorate.
What will make you successful in the role?
This position will require the successful candidate to collaborate with other departments, successfully influencing them to improve their overall performance and therefore will require strong stakeholder management and relationship building skills. Experience of applying practical application of change and demonstrable experience of improving performance by introducing new, more efficient working practices. We are looking for a Lean practitioner with experience in multifarious sectors alongside a change management qualification is essential (a Black Belt Lean Six sigma qualification is desirable!). To be successful in this position, you will need to feel passionate about making a difference, be an analytical thinker and have operational management experience.
