Change Manager - £55k - Hybrid - London (1-2 days) - Charitable Housing Sector

What You'll Do:
Be a crucial part of a team to drive change across the organisation, guiding them towards their transformation goals.
Help shape their approach to process improvements and new ways of working, ensuring every step they take brings them closer to success.
Use your skills and experience to guide them through the ups and downs of change, making sure they stay focused on their goals.
Bring fresh ideas to the table, drawing on your network and external examples to keep them ahead of the curve.
Be at the heart of something truly exciting, making a real difference in people's lives every day.
Be a champion for change, collaborating with colleagues from all corners of the organisation, helping to break down barriers and get everyone on board with their vision for the future.
What You'll Need:
Around 5 years of experience in change management, whether you've been a business analyst, project manager, or something else entirely before transitioning into a Change Manager role.
A knack for working with people from all walks of life and getting them excited about new ideas.
The ability to roll with the punches and adapt to whatever comes your way in a fast-paced environment.
A genuine passion for making a difference and helping others succeed.
Bonus points if you've worked on big projects or have experience with transformation programs, but it's not a deal-breaker.
Any PROSCI qualification is a bonus but not essential. Candidates should have experience working with change tools/processes though.
Whilst this role is advertised at 55k, they would potentially go a smidge higher for someone who ticks all the boxes.
