are currently partnering with a University based in London who are seeking an experienced Change Manager to join their team!
We are seeking a Change Manager to join our esteemed change management unit within the broader Strategic Programme Development & Change team. This unit is dedicated to overseeing a substantial portfolio of intricate change initiatives crucial to the University's strategic goals. The primary focuses of the change management unit are:
Providing change leadership capacity that collaborates and adapts seamlessly across the institution.
Establishing change, process review, and improvement capabilities that permeate throughout the institution.
The team manages a diverse range of change projects, emphasising initiatives with a substantial impact on large service areas (or multiple service areas/schools) and incorporating significant elements of process and cultural change. Over the last 18 months, the established change management team has spearheaded an extensive program of efficiency and effectiveness service improvement projects across Professional Services (HR, IT Services, Finance, Education support, Research Services), as well as School and College-level strategy development projects.
Required Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications, Experience
Possession of a relevant degree or equivalent professional qualification (change management, project management), coupled with substantial and demonstrable experience pertinent to this role.
