Job DescriptionBusiness Change ManagerPermanent£50,000 - £60,000 London office - 2 days per weekOne of the UK's largest not for profit house-builders are looking for a Change Manager to drive work within their growing Change Management practice.As a Change Manager, you will support the programme's change management and communications agenda. You will develop and manage the Change and Communications Strategy as well as plan, track, and manage its delivery across all affected business functions.You will work on two large workstreams as part of a wider transformation programme, namely a finance systems project and a new housing management system project.This is a very hands-on role so the ideal candidate would be someone who is eager to learn and develop their experience in a large scale and complex programme.Key Experience:Worked on large, global change programmesEnergetic and self-motivatedExperience in project/programme communicationsUnderstanding of change management methodologiesAbility to build strong relationships with key stakeholders and the programme team
