Job DescriptionChange Manager | up to £50,000 - £60,000 + package | London / Home working Come work for one of the UK's leading Social Housing Associations, tackling complex social issues and undergoing a period of significant change.What you'll be doingYou as the Change Manager will join a large and growing portfolio of business transformation and change programmes, shaping and influencing the change approach.You'll lead the implementation of this approach through the entire life-cycle, supporting the business closely to ensure the effective delivery of the changes.Driving continuous improvement by using data and insights to ensure change benefits are realised.Where you'll work One of the UK's largest charitable businesses, tackling complex social issues Hybrid working with 1-2 days on-site in London and 3-4 days a week from home Within a large change and transformation team with a multi-year budget of £40 million +What's in it for you?
