We are looking for a Change Manager to join our Head Office in Kings Hill, Kent, supporting our European team on an 18 month fixed term contractThis is a brand-new role for Westfalia Fruit which will require you to lead the successful adoption of behavioural and standard operating practice change across Westfalia Fruit's European operations by developing and implementing effective change management strategies. You'll be responsible for ensuring a smooth transition by fostering a positive employee experience, aligning new work methods with business goals, and managing change. You will collaborate with stakeholders to drive user adoption and address resistance, ensuring success across the organisation. Responsibilities include: Analyse internal change impact on employee groups and identify resistance points. Design targeted communication and training to address concerns and foster understanding. Implement programs and guides to support user adoption and mitigate risks. Engage key stakeholders to build support and identify change champions. Conduct workshops and feedback sessions to educate stakeholders and address concerns. Provide clear communication and support to address resistance. Coach project teams and department leads on change management techniques. Demonstrate understanding of change management principles and methodologies. Develop and implement strategies to maximise adoption and minimise resistance. Use change management tools to manage risks and adapt strategies based on data. Define success metrics and monitor progress with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Report progress, evaluate results, and refine strategies based on feedback. RequirementsEssentialChange management expertise in large, complex organisations Previous success managing global, multi-layered projects Demonstrated leadership in implementing large-scale change with positive outcomes Experience with ERP systems Skilled in stakeholder engagement, resistance management, and consensus-building Effective in influencing and negotiating, with fluency in English and either French or German Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with diverse stakeholders Ability to persuade key decision-makers to support change initiatives Proficient in project management within fast-paced environments Competency in data analysis and reporting tools for tracking change progress Desirable Understanding of the fresh produce industryCertification in change management from a recognised certifying body (e.g., Prosci ADKAR, Change Management Institute)BenefitsCompetitive salary.25 days holiday, plus bank holidays.
