The Adoption & Change Management Consultant will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our engagements by developing and implementing adoption and change management (ACM) strategies and plans that result in faster adoption, increased proficiency, and minimised resistance for technology initiatives.While this isn’t a technical role, it does require a natural curiosity of how people can leverage technology to work more effectively and sustainably. It is also a role that requires a passion for helping make the benefits of technology accessible to businesses and their people, understanding the impact for varying roles and responsibilities.This role includes contributing to a growing ACM practice through participation in propositional and practice development, such as, developing new offerings, marketing collateral, and blogs.The Adoption & Change Management Consultant should seek to develop their own capabilities and that of the team around them. The industry we serve is ever evolving and requires an approach to self-learning which comes from a passion for technology and how technology can empower human endeavour. Main Responsibilities§ Develop ACM strategies and detailed plans for change initiatives for customer engagements.§ Build relationships with senior stakeholders in both customer and partner organisations.§ Coach customers and project team on change management principles and their practical application in a project context.§ Design and conduct workforce analysis, identifying key parameters that develop a clear and segmented view of working practices, challenges, and needs aligned to personas.§ Evaluate the effectiveness of change management strategies and tactics used to promote adoption using quantitative (user metrics, surveys, etc.) and qualitative (observations, communications, etc.) techniques and revise plans, if needed, based on results.§ Conduct ongoing risk/impact assessments and provide support throughout the project to determine potential
challenges/barriers/resistance
and identify corresponding risk mitigation strategies.§ Owning and leading change management implementation activities, ensuring execution aligns with overall plans, commitments to customers, and schedule/cost targets.§ Coordinate with project managers ensuring alignment between change management and technical implementation plans.§ Work closely with project stakeholders to ensure expected benefits are realised.§ Develop and execute stakeholder, resistance management, communication, and training plans.§ Develop and deliver communications assets related to the change management plan, e.g., email communications templates, web content, etc.§ Review proposed change management communications for alignment with plan and customer’s corporate communications standards and organisational change culture.§ Develop and deliver training assets related to the change management plan, e.g., training slide decks, webinars, reference guides, video shorts, FAQs, etc.§ Developing commercial awareness, working closely with the Managing Partner to ensure the commercial delivery on time and to budget.§ Working with customers to develop and grow the support Change Adopt Ltd can offer, in line with what the customer needs to achieve as an organisation.§ Contribute to the growth and development of ACM practice by participating in activities such as developing new service offerings, marketing collateral, blogs, etc.PRIMARY KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS§ Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.§ A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process.§ Good to excellent user-level understanding of Microsoft Technologies, in particular, Microsoft 365/Office 365.Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, taking ideas and concepts and turning them into communicable documents (ppts, reports etc).§ Situational awareness and the ability to adjust messaging to your audience.§ Ability to communicate credibly at all levels from senior
leadership/executives

training/education,
or related field.
