About our TeamThe Change Manager role sits within the ICIS Content team reporting to the Content Convergence Programme Director. The Content team is led by the Chief Content Officer and includes Editors and analysts teams who are responsible for the collation and publishing of information provided to the commodities markets, the product team who are responsible for the products ICIS sells, the Data Science team who are responsible for the models that underpin the published content, the digital design team who are responsible for the user experience and the user interface and the data operations team who are responsible for the contributory data for the business.Content Convergence is in the second year of a 3-year programme of work which is transforming the business by introducing a new platform, Canvas, driving new ways of working internally and a robust digital experience for our customers. The change manager will focus on the people side of change that is pivotal to the success of the overall programme About the Role As a Change Manager, you will help to embed a mindset of transformational change for a major programme of work. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to evaluate the change needs for our people and our customers. Responsibilities Delivering the change elements for the programme by partnering with cross-functional teamsProducing Change Management deliverables to track and manage activities for successful completionBuilding influential relationships with stakeholders to help drive effective change through our organisationProviding expert coaching and advice on Change Management activities to programme delivery teams to ensure best practiceActing as an advocate for change within our organisation to address potential resistance and concernsManaging business communications, training and roll outs to ensure we deliver flawless change that adds value to our organizationRequirements Show experience of managing and delivering large technology enabled change projects successfully in a global-matrixed environmentHave a natural ability to engage, influence and build relationships with stakeholders across our businessDemonstrate experience of delivering Changes in a variety of ways including 1-on-1 and via trainingBe able to partner and collaborate across teams to deliver innovative solutions to our customersDemonstrate excellent written, verbal and presentation skills including communicating complex technical content to a range of audiencesLearn more about the LexisNexis Risk team and how we work here
