Role Purpose
A dynamic and experienced Change Management Specialist to lead Qinecsa through periods of transformation and continuous evolution. The Change Management Specialist will play a pivotal role in ensuring successful implementation of change initiatives by effectively communicating with stakeholders, fostering a culture of collaboration and resilience, and developing comprehensive change management strategies. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with a proven track record of driving change initiatives in complex environments. Key Accountabilities
Lead the implementation of change management strategies and plans to support Qinecsa initiatives.
Champion and communicate Qinecsa’s continuous improvement strategy, goals, and objectives.
Develop engagement strategies to build support and commitment among stakeholders.
Collaborate with project managers and leadership to align change efforts with project timelines and objectives.
Identify and analyse stakeholders impacted by the change.
Identify potential risks and obstacles to change and develop mitigation strategies to address them.
Engage with stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment and commitment to change objectives.
Communicate change plans, benefits, and impacts to stakeholders at all levels.
Assess the impact of changes on employees, processes, systems, and culture.
Create and execute communication plans to ensure messages about the change are clear, timely, and effective.
Identify sources of resistance to change and develop strategies to address them.
Provide coaching and support to leaders and teams to build change capability and resilience.
Establish a network of change champions to help drive acceptance and adoption of changes.
Train and equip change champions to support their colleagues.
Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of change initiatives.
Monitor progress and evaluate the effectiveness of change efforts.
Propose improvements based on feedback and data analysis.
Maintain detailed records of change management activities, plans, and results.
Prepare regular reports and presentations for project teams, leadership, and stakeholders.
Communicate progress, results, and benefits of change initiative efforts to key stakeholders.
Foster a culture of learning and knowledge sharing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate change management activities into project plans
Facilitate the dissemination of best practices and lessons learned across the organisation.
S kills and Experience:
Capability to implement controls, governance structures, and quality assurance measures to ensure compliance and risk mitigation.
Proficiency in change management principles, strategies, and tools to facilitate organisational transformation and adoption of continuous improvement initiatives.
Proficiency in project management methods, tools, and techniques to oversee change projects and initiatives.
Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
Ability to manage multiple projects, resources, timelines, concurrently.
Commitment to ongoing learning and process enhancements in support of Qinecsa’s fast paced growth.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills to engage with stakeholders, build relationships, and facilitate cross-functional collaboration.
Capability to influence, negotiate, and gain buy-in from diverse stakeholders at all organisational levels.
Familiarity with relevant technologies, tools, software, and systems to support continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., project management software, data analytics tools, process mapping software).
An understanding of core pharmacovigilance processes that are supported by technology.
Education:
BS/BA required. MBA preferred.
Experience Levels:
Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP), Prosci methodology or equivalent
Experience of large-scale organisational change and technology transformation
Familiarity with relevant technologies, tools, software, and systems to support CI initiatives (e.g., project management software, data analytics tools, process mapping software).
Ability to leverage technology solutions to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and drive innovation.
Experience in PV pharma or Life Sciences industry-specific processes and best practices.
Awareness of Operating of operating frameworks such as, CCMP, Lean Six Sigma, ITIL V4, GDPR, ISO27000, ISO27001. Cyber Essentials, ISO9001, GAMP5 V2
