Job Description
Job Title: Change Management Lead (12 month Fixed Term Contract)
Location: Bristol - 2/3 days onsite
Salary: up to £90,000
Peaple Talent have partnered with a FTSE100 business based in central Bristol that are currently expanding and looking for a Change Management Lead to join the team.
Reporting into the Head of Transformation you will be part of a newly created team and be responsible for building and developing the Change function.
The Role:
Responsible for leading the change workstream across multiple complex projects.
Developing the changing management strategy
Oversee and maintain consistent management of change efforts across projects and team members, being hands-on when needed.
Coordinating training delivery and support delivery of the end-user training
Supporting creation of the Training Strategy and plans
The Candidate:
Experience in setting up and managing Change Management teams
Strong senior stakeholder management skills
Experience in developing internal Change Toolkits
Implementing change ways of working across the business
Experience in technology led change (Oracle Fusion, Salesforce)
The Package:
Base salary: £80,000-£90,000
