You will also be responsible for implementing change processes as well as resource planning, coaching/mentoring of team, and reporting on progress to senior stakeholders.The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic and strategic Change Lead who enjoys implementing effective processes in a collaborative and dynamic environment.This role is 3 days a week onsite near Evesham.Your Profile:The ideal candidate will have the following profile;Programme management experience who is comfortable leading large projects across operations, people and processBuild and lead capability across organisation to ensure there is understanding of change projects across the businessComfortable with a variety of project management methodologiesStrategic thinker with the ability to implement effective change processesAble to coach, lead and mentor team to deliver goalsComfortable building relationships and influencing stakeholders at all levelsEnthusiastic and organised professional with excellent decision making skillsSalary & Benefits:Salary between £80,000 - £100,000Car allowance up to £6,70050% PMI contributionUp to 10% matched pensionOpportunities for paid certs25 days holiday plus bank holidays with option to buy/sell holidayYearly pay reviewInterested?
