Change Lead

We are looking for a Change Lead to play a pivotal role in driving and managing change initiatives essential for the growth and development of our client's businessResponsibilitiesDevelop and lead the Change Management function, focusing on supporting Programme deployment and facilitating ongoing business growthCollaborate with the Portfolio Office Director to align prioritised change activities with business objectives, ensuring clearly defined outcomesDefine the change toolkit, templates, and methodologies (e.g., PROSCI) to consistently deliver change initiativesFormulate the Change Management Strategy and plans to support business objectives and change initiativesIdentify and cultivate the necessary capabilities within the Change Management team, providing leadership, coaching, and guidance to team membersEnsure consistent management of Change activities across projects and team members through hands-on quality assuranceExperience in setting up and managing Change Management teamsExperience in technology led/enabled changeBe first to hear about new opportunities with job alerts direct to your inbox.
