Delivering better outcomes that have a positive impact on the world around us.We work smarter to face the challenges of the future; bringing the clarity that helps teams realise their full potential across the real estate, infrastructure, and natural resources sectors.Working in the Risk, Opportunity, Trend & Change (ROTC) Discipline of Project Controls, under the direction and leadership of the IPC ROTC Manager, to manage trends and changes within the Trend & Change (T&C) management framework, for either the Central Controls Team or one of the Programme Controls Teams. To ensure that the central systems are co-ordinated and updated to reflect the decisions of the Programme ROTC meetings and Project ROTC Committee. To provide support and training in T&C management processes and procedures to the Programme Control Teams. To support the client in making effective and efficient decisions on trends and changes, increasing delivery certainty and stakeholder confidence by creating and embedding a proactive management culture.Knowledge of using ROTC management frameworks and methodologies, and how they are applied in the strategic and operational management of a major infrastructure project;Knowledge of Project Controls disciplines and processes for programme and project management in a major infrastructure environment;Ability to understand and use T&C management software;High level of analytical and numerical skills;High standard of interpersonal skills;Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Knowledge of estimating, scheduling and cost management techniques and associated software;Technical and practical comprehension of engineering, procurement and construction methods and techniques in a UK context;Understanding of various contract types, in particular the NEC suite and FIDIC;The ability to build relationships both internally and externally;Working knowledge of French and/or Chinese languages an advantage.QualificationsMinimum of HND or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Construction, Quantity Surveying or other related field;ROTC management qualifications and certifications (e.g. CIRM, APM);Proven relevant experience in a Project Management or Project Controls environment in a similar Trend & Change role;Experience in the operation and management of an ROTC management framework;Experience in the use of T&C management software systems such EcoSys.Degree in Engineering, Construction, Quantity Surveying or other related field;Professionally qualified with chartered or equivalent status;Experience in the use of a scheduling tool such as Primavera P6;Experience in the use of risk management software systems such as ARM, Safran and @risk;Experience on a major construction project;Experience in the Nuclear sector.Additional InformationOur inspired people share our vision and mission.
