Job DescriptionChange Communications Manager – Europe – 12-month FTCAbout the RoleDP World are currently recruiting a Change Communications Manager to cover our European region on a 12-month FTC. This role will play a pivotal part in defining and developing comprehensive change communications plans to support strategic activities and foster a culture of transparency, engagement and resilience. This is a hybrid opportunity based out of our Regional Head Office in Victoria, London. How you will contributeImplementation. To drive effective and cost-efficient Execution of the Plan through:Develop and execute communication strategies and plans to effectively communicate organisational changes to employees, stakeholders, and external partners.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including HR, corporate communications, marketing, and leadership, to align communication efforts with business objectives and change management initiatives.Create compelling and engaging content, across digital and ambient channels, to convey key messages and drive awareness of change initiatives.Establish communication channels and platforms to facilitate two-way communication and feedback between leadership and employees, ensuring concerns are addressed and insights are leveraged to inform decision-making.Provide coaching and support to leaders and managers on communication best practices, helping them effectively communicate change messages and foster a culture of open communication within their teams.Monitor and measure the effectiveness of communication strategies and initiatives, leveraging feedback and data analytics to continuously improve communication approaches and ensure messaging resonates with target audiences.Anticipate potential challenges and resistance to change, developing proactive communication plans to address concerns and mitigate risks to successful change implementation.Stay informed of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in change communication and organizational development, applying relevant insights to enhance communication strategies and tactics.Measurement. To establish and report on a monthly rolling basis:Use data/analytics to monitor performance against targets (KPIs and ROI).Evaluates the relative effectiveness and efficiency of different channels.Tracks progress against overall objectives for stakeholder awareness and engagement.Tactical Responsiveness. To maintain agility and ‘24/7 attention’ in order to.Deal with the fast-changing environment.Continuous Improvement. To encourage and nurture a culture of innovation designed to:Test and validate new ideas and approaches.Explore opportunities for enhanced cost-efficiency (‘doing more with less’).What you will bringMA/BA in communications, journalism, public relations, or related field or proven experience in relevant field.Experience in communications and/or PR and a track record of implementing campaigns which achieved measurable results.Proven experience in change management, organisational communication, or related field, preferably in a corporate environment.Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices.Leadership and Business Communications: Excellent written and verbal communications skills.Fluency in English and copy writing experience essential.Ability to influence key stakeholders to drive consistency and positive change across the organisation.High level of planning and project management.Strong presentation development experience.Excellent interpersonal skills and team player.CompensationDP World offers exciting and challenging roles within a growing international organization.
