We are looking for a Business Change analyst who can demonstrate experience in supporting embedding change within large organisations and support adoption of new ways of working and cultural change.
The Business Change Analyst will initially provide change support to an IT User and Data Microsoft Migration Project which will involve attention to detail, supporting, organising and embedding the delivery of the change. The Business Change Analyst will
work alongside technical leads who will carry out the migration activities from a Client domain to a new business unit domain. This includes SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online and other Microsoft products.
The candidate will be expected to lead the change management of the migration of up to 300 users, including the below tasks:
user communication of migration (why it is being done, when & how it will impact users)
workshops with technical leads and business users
information from users of which data needs to be migrated (SharePoints , OneDrive files etc)
migration waves and timelines (i.e. which users will be migrated first, which groups of users to migrate together, how many waves and what are the timelines)
of contact / knowledge for end users r.e. migration activities before, during and after migration
Key requirements:
Proven experience as a Business Change Analyst, Change Analyst, Process Improvement Consultant or in a similar role
Change Management Qualifications e.g. APMG, Lean 6-Sigma Green-Belt, CMI (Desired)
Experience in, leading IT Migration Change Initiatives
Thorough understanding and experience of user and data migration and how to manage stakeholders accordingly
Experience in business management, analytics, surveys (MS Forms) and spreadsheet software such as Excel
Ability to work and prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships
Exceptional ability to solve problems and think analytically
Great organisational, project, and time management skills
