Job DescriptionChange/Comms AnalystINSIDE IR35£350 p/d Scotland Central Belt (onsite twice a week)ASAP Start We are recruiting for a Change and Communications Analyst to work in a large and complex organisation.The role has a strong focus on People Change Management.Change Responsibilities:Support the IT Change Manager with analysis to identify change impacts, internal communication requirements and training needs. As well as designing, creating, and distributing comms and learning material to correct recipients. This could include the creation of email messages, videos, and presentation decks.Publishing and make accessible any project change materials via our microsite or project specific platform.Pull together and maintain the distribution lists for any Change communication, event, or session.Set up any events that have been agreed as part of the Change Plan, these could be in person roadshows and workshop or online sessions.Capture and summarise the key questions raised and track attendance at Change events and sessions.Establish strong working relationships with the wider Change team and business stakeholders.Essential Skills/Experience:Excellent experience with internal communications, engagement and stakeholder management.Experienced with communication tools.Ability to take information and create visuals such as infographics and gifs.Understand the end-to-end project lifecycle.Strong Microsoft 365 skills – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Stream, Yammer, VivaEngage, SharePoint etc.Understanding of change management. Desirable Skills/Experience:Previous experience in heavily regulated industry.Have worked in IT Business Change on complex projects.Knowledge of Poppulo (communication tool).Familiar with change management frameworks such as Prosci, Kotter, etc.If interested, please apply NOW for immediate consideration!
