We are seeking a Change & Transformation Analyst our Government client based in Aldermaston, Reading. This role will be mainly remote working with occasional visits to site, if required for workshops/events. Currently occurs approx. once a quarter, and there may be minimal possible visits to 3rd party sites. The Change Analyst role will be an initial contract until January, pying between £30 - £31 p/h Inside IR35.

This role is inside IR35 - Due to the service of the role it will now be based on an Umbrella solution.

Clearance: SC

• Change Management -experience in/has supported Change projects
• Communications experience
• Presentation skills/ability to support
• Does not have to have huge amount of experience in either as it is a relatively junior role
• Participating and supporting in change projects
• Good standard of English - written and oral. Will be drafting communications and communicating with senior stakeholders.
• Stakeholder management
• Problem solving skills
• MS Office including Excel.
  Desirable
  Experience of finance team/company would be beneficial.
