A Retro Games Developer is looking for an experienced Chief Financial Officer to join their leadership team and play a pivotal role in raising funds and taking the business to the next level!

Your new role

Lead and manage all aspects of the finance function, including financial planning & analysis (FP&A), accounting, treasury, and tax.
Partner with the CEO and leadership team to develop and implement a long-term financial strategy aligned with our ambitious growth goals.
Oversee financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and timely delivery to stakeholders.
Implement robust financial controls and risk management practices to safeguard company assets.
Cultivate a high-performing finance team, fostering a data-driven and collaborative environment.
Lead Series C Fundraising

What you'll need to succeed

10+ years of experience in a leadership role within a high-growth gaming business.
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful financial strategies.
Deep understanding of GAAP accounting principles.
Proven track record in fundraising within gaming or related sectors
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
