CFO

I am partnering with a Privately Owned Property Developer, Owner and Manager based in the Lancashire area.
This property development organisation has assets under management of over £1B across the North of England, in diverse sectors such as Retail, and in the Warehouse / Industrial space. The business is owner managed by a passionate Managing Director who is looking for support from an FD / CFO who can help shape growth within the organisation.
As Chief Financial Officer you will support the MD around the shaping and delivery of strategy particularly with their growth plans but also look after all financial reporting, management of the finance team and working capital management.
Given the size and scale of this role, you will be an established Finance Director or CFO within the property space, ideally with experience in Shopping Centre Asset Management, Industrial / Warehouse Management or both.
You will live within reasonable commuting distance of the Lancashire area as we are really looking for someone to be sat in and amongst the business, five days a week. There is some flexibility with hours to accommodate different schedules, but this business' success relies on the ability of their people to build and maintain internal and external relationships face to face, and this role is critical within that.
