CFO Leisure business

Marks Sattin Executive Search is working with a PE-Backed Leisure business seeking a CFO to drive the business through a significant period of organic growth.This hands-on role will require a commercial and operational leader for the finance function who is prepared to work on executing a business plan to maximise growth and profitability. The maintenance and development of customer loyalty will be maximised by ensuring the highest standards.The CFO will act as a true business partner offering sustained commercial, financial, and operational input at the board level. Acting as a valued contributor to executive-level strategy through the preparation of detailed and incisive performance analysis, forecasting, and reporting.
