CFO - B2B SAAS

Job DescriptionWe’re supporting a rapidly scaling B2B SAAS group in their search for a first CFO. The BusinessHaving just secured game changing investment from a top tier Private Equity investor, this business will grow 4-6 x in the next 4 years. This world class technology has large global market potential and has already hit £4m ARR. The CFO will be supporting an established CEO, COO and Chair and a headcount of 40. The CFO will be instrumental in formulating the plans for expansion into new markets (US, Europe and Asia). The RoleYou will be supporting the board with their growth mission by:Creating a best-in-class international finance function (reporting, systems, controls, tax, intrastat etc). Driving commercial strategy (modelling, market analysis, pricing, SAAS metrics, decision support etc).Ensuring effective working capital management. Managing external relationships (investors, banks, auditors etc). Creating and motivating a high-performing team. Candidate profile (non-negotiables)You’ve scaled a B2B SAAS business internationally.You’re an experienced CFO (we can’t consider candidates stepping up for this role unfortunately).PE or VC experience (as a CFO rather than investor).You’ve got the aptitude and agility to work with a fast-paced, quickly evolving business. You're a pragmatic, high integrity individual The Package£180k plus bonus and generous equity on offerYou’ll need to be able to work in London 3 days per week and travel internationally on occasion.
