CONTRACT OPPORTUNITY - Certification Specialist Engineer - Offshore wind
Project details: Swindon (Hybrid working) Competitive Rates (Outside IR35) 12 month initial contract
Requirements:
Successfully completed university degree in the domain of technology, engineering.
High-level understanding of the purpose and process of Certification for offshore wind farms.
Familiarity with high-level industry standards.
Interdisciplinary and creative mindset, ability to work independently and proactively.
Excellent analytical capabilities and an ability to understand the certification aspects of topics from a broad spectrum of technical disciplines.
Proven project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills, able to prioritize and work independently.
Proven experience in understanding a broad range of complex topics and explaining them in a variety of stakeholder contexts.
Scope of Work:
Management of day-to-day certification process.
Implementation of the project certification strategy, including inclusion of suitable certification requirements in Employer Requirements.
Liaison with the Certifier, the engineering team, contractors, and other third parties (including regional authorities and regulators) to ensure the project is certified in a timely and efficient manner.
Familiarization of the Engineering team with certification requirements.
Deliverables:
Certification plan.
Certification tracker.
Certifiers' approval.
